PROJECT DETAILS
For this editorial, I knew I wanted to create something that would embrace the colours and romance of this incredible waterside wedding- set on none other than the great Zambezi River. A small glassine envelope with flower petals centred onto the save-the-date added intrigue to the floral delights. An elegant font thoughtfully arranged around the petals gave their guests a hint of what was to come.
The stationery suite was printed onto watercolour paper for texture. Lilac silky envelopes hinted towards the pops of purple in the aisle flowers and the shimmery water beyond. A Kingfisher antique illustration card served as a keepsake for guests. Mis-shapen wax seals adorned the invitation and the response card, reminiscent of the imperfectness of nature. To finish the suite I added chiffon pink ribbons for a final touch of romance and texture.
